Lovely lovely lovely experience at Endota Spa Moorooduc. We had the couple's indulgence from Eden and Jess. These two ladies did not stop for two hours and partner and I think this is the best pampering session we've had, and we are lucky enough to have had plenty. Started off with a foot spa, followed by a lovely full body hot stone massage, and finally finishing with a facial and head massage.

I usually don’t book in a treatment with Endota Spa unless I receive a voucher. In the past I have always opted for a facial, but this year with a voucher I decided to try the Detox massage. I have been to this location a few times before. However, I’ve never noticed that in the lovely waiting room, you can hear if anyone is using the female toilets, a bit unpleasant to say the least! I was hoping I didn’t have a treatment room near there as I was worried it would be even worse! Then it’s time for my treatment. This was to include a foot soak/scrub, this lasted all of 2 minutes was pointless and have no idea why it was included if it wasn’t going to be done for at least a bit longer! Then onto the dry body brushing - I was excited for this part but noticed that the lady obviously wasn’t trained about this (nor am I) but have read that you should brush upwards towards the heart, she went up and down twice on each leg and arm and that was it. The shoulder and head massage was all the same movement and not relaxing at all! I don’t think this lady had been trained at all - as a friend could had done the same or better job! I would have been so upset if I would have had to pay for this myself, thank-goodness it was all covered by the voucher!

Waited over half an hour for a booked facial without anyone bothering to give me an update. When I asked at reception how much longer I felt like they really couldn't care. I'm fine with waiting, it happens all the time - things happen, but at least have the courtesy to let you know they haven't forgotten about you. Ended up cancelling and going to Mornington at a later date - they were excellent 👌

Really horrendous experience. Just an all round awful massage, for nearly $300. Lectured by therapist, light and ineffective massage, repetitive in some areas and missed others, requests ignored, important preferences not asked, uncomfortable and painful facial. Let spa and head office know, they couldn’t have cared less. Please don’t waste your money!
